Secret ZeeOps- Operation: Turkey Trample (November 2022)

All caught up with Secret ZeeOps and looking for more? Here’s a new one available in the ZeeOps Hub for the usual cost of 1,500 Zeds. For now, it will be available for purchase until 23:59 MHQ on December 31. If you’ve purchased a Secret ZeeOp, you will be able to complete it and collect rewards even after it is no longer available for purchase.

This year, our analysts have noticed increasingly aggressive behavior from various avian species. While it could just be a result of harsh weather conditions and poor handling, there have been too many incidents for us to just brush it aside. If you complete ALL the missions in Operation: Turkey Trample, you’ll receive the snazzy badge below, along with the TurKEY Mech (more info below!) and various other rewards listed in the app!

There are 3 levels. Level 1 has 3 missions, Level 2 has 5 missions, and Level 3 has 5 missions. Each level ends with more prizes.

We may share this information moving forward with other Operations but possibly not.

NEW Mech Details

Like the other Munzee Mechz, the TurKEY is a temporary POB that will remain on the map until it has been captured 15 times.

Landing Pads

You can find these fierce fowls running to the landing pads above every 6 hours or when captured.

TurKEYs will be available for multi-capture. That means players can capture TurKEYs on their own munzees, any previously captured munzees, and more than once if the same TurKEY visits you. TurKEYs are non-blastable. They will be attracted to both Physical Magnets and Virtual Magnets. You can access TurKEYs by turning on your “All Expiring Specials” filter.

When a TurKEY is captured, it will scatter up to 3 TurKEYrings.

  • Capture: 30-50
  • CapOn: 5-30

These scatters will be visible to any player and will be deployed on the Mech owner’s account. This means that unlike Air Mystery Feathers/Boulders, there are CapOn points for the owner! They expire after 120 minutes and have a capture radius of 300 feet. These scatters will NOT count for deploy streaks, ZeeOps, or clan activity since they are passive deploys.

Badges

As with other Munzee Mechz, the badge for deploying the TurKEY depicts the Blueprints, and is shown below:

There is also a badge for capturing a TurKEY. Since there’s only one badge in this line, we’ll keep it a secret for now.

If you’ve purchased a Secret ZeeOp, you will be able to complete it and collect rewards even after it is no longer available for purchase.

We need you to engage in a little digital piracy — and we don’t mean watching movies or shows illegally! If you complete ALL the missions in Operation: Sweet Streams, you’ll receive the snazzy badge below, along with the CHUG Boat Mech (more info below!) and various other rewards listed in the app!

There are 3 levels. Level 1 has 3 missions, Level 2 has 5 missions, and Level 3 has 5 missions. Each level ends with more prizes.

We may share this information moving forward with other Operations but possibly not.

NEW Mech Details

Like the other Munzee Mechz, the CHUG Boat is a temporary POB that will remain on the map until it has been captured 15 times.

One especially good thing we learned from Sir Prize Santa is that knowing when the Double Point Weekends and Special Themed Scatter Events are is most helpful in deciding whether or not the mailbox is right for you. So, without further ado, here are the schedules for the Around ZEE World Mailbox!

The C4T3RP1LL4R is a two-stage evolving Mech. After its 11th capture, it will be archived and trigger the deploy of a new Butt3rFry tPOB. The C4T3RP1LL4R scatters up to 3 Sm0ke Messages, while the Butt3rFry scatters up to 3 Sm0ke Songs. As the Sm0ke Messages, Butt3rFry, and Sm0ke Songs will be deployed on the C4T3RP1LL4R owner’s account, there are CapOn rewards for the owner! More UnBirthday QRates are Materializing!

A week ago, we revealed what was waiting inside the UnBirthday Qrate for Tier 3 UnBirthday Mailbox members — the SUN! As one of the newly-released FL0W3R Mechz, it’s definitely a hot commodity! Of course, we didn’t want to leave the rest of the players out indefinitely, so we thought it would be nice to release the Blueprints (just the Blueprints, no auto-deployed tPOB) in a slightly different UnBirthday QRate for all!

What’s Different?

  • It will require an empty slot to be found — the UnBirthday Mailbox’s UnBirthday QRate came with a temporary slot, if all your slots were full
  • It will require 100 physical munzee captures to open — the UnBirthday Mailbox’s UnBirthday QRate only required 25 captures
  • Upon opening the QRate, there is a chance to receive the SUN Blueprint, but it is NOT guaranteed — the UnBirthday Mailbox’s UnBirthday QRate is guaranteed to deploy a fully-built SUN AND award the Blueprint
    • Other prizes in the prize pool include a previously unreleased Cubimal, and 5-packs of certain Greeting Cards
    • If you already own the SUN Blueprint (i.e. if you are a Tier 3 UnBirthday Mailbox member) you will receive one of the other prizes

Please note that these UnBirthday QRates will only be available until 23:59 MHQ on July 31st. Good luck to those seeking out the SUN Blueprints!

UnBirthday QRate Spoiler!

If you’re a Tier 3 member of the UnBirthday Mailbox, there’s a reason why the requirements are set to just 25 physical captures — we wanted you to open it ASAP! Inside the UnBirthday QRate, you will receive a fully-built SUN that auto-deploys. You will also receive the Blueprint to rebuild it as many times as you like with the Cogs you’ve earned from Daily ZeeOps. Remember that you’ll need to head to the Redeem Store to do so!

SUN Details

Like the other FL0W3R Mechz, the SUN is a temporary POB. It will deploy on your account when you complete the requirements to open the UnBirthday QRate awarded from the UnBirthday Mailbox. The mailbox must be capped on July 4th 00:01-23:59 MHQ time to receive the UnBirthday QRate.

The SUN details are the same as the details for the other FL0W3R Mechz, and you can find that info (updated with the corresponding SUN images) on the previous blog post HERE.

Are you interested in visiting ZeeOps HQ’s very own museum? Unfortunately, you’ll have to mix business with pleasure, as it appears there’s been a break-in. If you complete ALL the missions in Operation: Ancient Archivez, you’ll receive the snazzy badge below, along with the new R3X-0-Skeleton Mech (more info below!) and various other rewards listed in the app!
