This retro spaceship might seem similar to another 80s pop culture icon, but our mail delivery droid retrofit it to travel across galaxies (and timezones) far, far away in order to make deliveries this time around! This motored mailer will deliver virtual items to Mailbox owners starting on May 4th, 2024, but you’ll be able to start earning daily points as soon as you deploy it.

How the Munzdalorian Mailbox Works

Starting Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 00:01 MHQ, each day you cap your Munzdalorian Mailbox you will be awarded a different Scrap Wars themed Greeting Card capture, similar to the other mailboxes. Please note that you’ll only be able to earn that specific card on that day, so you really don’t want to miss a day. The Munzdalorian Mailbox is available for $25 and includes the following:

  • 1 Munzdalorian Mailbox Munzee to deploy and move around anywhere at anytime!
  • 1 Daily Capture of the mailbox each MHQ day starting on April 19th or when first deployed, which should help with keeping up your streaks!
  • 28 Mailbox Prize Days starting on May 4th and ending on May 31st, which will deliver the goodies below when captured, including Cards, Zeds, Munzees to deploy and more!
  • 28 Themed Greeting Cards to both CAPTURE and DEPLOY!
  • 1 ROBO F3TT Mech deployed when capturing the mailbox on May 4th
  • Exclusive access to Double Point Events

ROBO F3TT Mech

Beware the greatest bounty hunter bot the galaxy has ever seen: ROBO F3TT! Like the other Munzee Mechz, ROBO F3TT is a temporary POB. ROBO F3TT will remain on the map until it has been captured 10 times, as you can see below. You will receive a fully-built ROBO F3TT that will auto-deploy on your account when you capture your Mailbox on May 4th. You will also receive the Blueprint to rebuild it when you have earned enough Cogs in the future. It will cost 18 Cogs to rebuild this mech.

ROBO F3TT is non-blastable. It will be attracted to both Physical Magnets and Virtual Magnets. You can access it by turning on your “All Expiring Specials” filter.

When a ROBO F3TT is captured, it will scatter up to 3 BOBA T3A.

These scatters will be visible to any player and will be deployed on the Mech owner’s account. They expire after 120 minutes and have a capture radius of 300 feet. These scatters will NOT count for deploy streaks, ZeeOps, or clan activity since they are passive deploys.

By this point, we’ve all become very acquainted with the metallic Mech himself, D4RTH Vardeman. But, every dark lord needs a light lady – and that’s where PR1NC3SS Lou-a comes in! This pink princess keeps D4RTH Vardeman in line, and looks FABULOUS while doing it! She is currently $7.50 and she’s available NOW! Pillow Fight, You Fools! Happening Now!

Did you know that April 1st is International Pillow Fight Day?! No, we’re not joking and you know what we miss most from childhood? PILLOW FIGHTS! So MHQ decided to relive our childhood and celebrate this holiday by trying to fill the map with feather filled FlashMOBs.

Who can forget…going to a sleepover, innocently minding your own business and then WHAM! Getting the absolute snot smacked out of you by a pillow wielded by your friend. Those really were the days. Pillows will be available from Saturday, April 1st at 00:01 MHQ through Sunday, April 2nd at 23:59 MHQ.

The mailbox can be captured up to 1000 feet away and is found under the Virtuals filter but ONLY visible to the OWNER. It will be archived after it is March 18. (Clarification: Mailbox was supposed to archive after 15 days of prizes ON March 18th, with 2 extra bonus days of double points over the weekend for mailbox owners. Apologies for the confusion!)

We know many of you like to host events towards the beginning of the month to knock out Clan Wars requirements as quickly as possible! To start off February strong we’ve featured two types of munzees in this ZEE-Dayz (if you follow us on FB | TWTR | IG you got a heads-up earlier this week!) — one that is part of Clan War requirements, the other not directly specified — but should be easy to rack up points with due to their abundance on the map.

These Mechz Live Together in Perfect Harmony!

Last week we kicked off our theme of love and friendship with the Tunnel of Hugz! We know romantic love isn’t for everyone, so this time we’ve created a Mech set that focuses on another aspect of pairs — the ability to balance each other by working together.

Y1N, Y4NG, and Y1NY4NG Details

Like the other Munzee Mechz, the Y1N, Y4NG, and Y1NY4NG are temporary POBs. The Y1N and Y4NG will remain on the map until they have been captured 5 times, while the Y1NY4NG will remain on the map until it has been captured 3 times. Once the Mechz reach their capture limit they will be “cat napping,” in “charging mode,” or “deconstructed” respectively, which results in more points for the capper.

You have the option of purchasing the Y1N in the Freeze Tag Store HERE and the Y4NG in the In-App Store for 750 Zeds. They’ll be in the stores until 12:00 MHQ on February 20th. Both will automatically deploy on your account upon purchase, and you’ll be able to rebuild them for 7 Cogs each. As for the Y1NY4NG Mech, the only way to deploy it is by deploying both the Y1N and Y4NG Mechz within the same MHQ day. Once you’ve met this requirement, a new Y1NY4NG Mech will be deployed on your account.

These Mechz will bounce to the following landing pads every 6 hours or when captured:

These Mechz will be available for multi-capture. That means players can capture a Y1N, Y4NG, or Y1NY4NG on their own munzees, any previously captured munzees, and more than once if the same Y1N, Y4NG, or Y1NY4NG visits you. These munzees will not be blastable. They will be attracted to magnets, available from the Freeze Tag Online Store. You can access these Mechz under the “All Expiring Specials” filter.

When a Y1N is captured, it will scatter up to 3 STR1P3s. Similarly, when a Y4NG is captured, it will scatter up to 3 SC4L3s. The Y1NY4NG will scatter 1 STR1P3 and 1 SC4L3.

Points:

  • Capture: 50
  • CapOn: 25

These scatters will be visible to any player and will be deployed on the Mech owner’s account. This means that unlike Air Mystery Feathers/Boulders, there are CapOn points for the owner! They expire after 120 minutes and have a capture radius of 300 feet. These scatters will NOT count for deploy streaks, ZeeOps, or clan activity since they are passive deploys.

As with other Munzee Mechz, the badges for deploying the Y1N and Y4NG depict the Blueprints, and are shown below:

There are 4 more badges associated with these Mechz: the first is for deploying a Y1NY4NG Mech. The remaining 3 are for capturing each of these Mechz. We’ll keep these badges a secret for now.
